Complete the SRES Course and market yourself as a Senior Real Estate Specialist

If you plan to eventually generate at least 20% of your business from the selling homes for seniors you should take the time and make the investment to complete the two day NAR designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) class and brand yourself to your senior prospects as a senior real estate specialist. When I visit broker offices for Reverse Mortgage and Senior Market Strategies workshops I always ask how many in the audience are SRES's? In most cases there is either none or only one out of an average of thirty - forty attendees.  If you brand yourself as a Senior Real Estate expert and feature the SRES designation in your marketing efforts you will look completely different from most or your competitors.

The class is available on line but attending the class live is highly recommended.  The live class allows you to interact with topic experts, network with other like minded agents and immerse yourself uninterrupted for two days so you acquire more ideas on how to make your senior efforts successful. Getting the SRES designation is like becoming a Navy SEAL of senior Real Estate sales professionals.  If you want to generate sales from this exploding demographic for years to come becoming an SRES is a no brainer!
